Aziatix

Aziatix, is a group officially launched on March 21, 2011. Consisting of three talented Korean-American; Eddie Shin, Flowsik and Nicky Lee, all of whom have extensive experience with the music industry.

Eddie Shin

Born on in Boston, MA, Eddie’s family moved to Korea at the age of 10. Most of his writing is based on R&B, mixing it with his experiences performing in Asia. Eddie has been writing songs since age 16. He made his debut in Korea with his self- produced album "Just My Way" which became a hit in the local Korean music scene in 2005. After producing his own mini-album "Love, Twenty" in 2006, he contributed to OSTs for many Korean dramas as well as composing, writing and producing for other K-pop artists’, establishing himself as a promising singer-songwriter.


Flowsik

Rapper “Flowsik” - Born and raised in Queens, NY, Flowsik is no stranger in the local underground hip-hop scene. His talents are recognized by many in the circle including hip-hop pioneer Ice-T whom he recorded with for the song “Hate”. Flowsik started composing when he was 15 and has always looked up to some of the greatest in rap music like Tupac, whose depth and ability to express his thoughts freely through his music has always served as an inspiration to Flowsik.


Nicky Lee

Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, Nicky is recognized as an accomplished R&B/Soul Mandarin male vocalist with five solo albums released. After years in the Asian music industry, Nicky earned the title of “Best Male Artist” at the Golden Melody Awards in 2007, in the Mandarin speaking market of billions. His songs have been used in the movie “Forbidden Kingdom” that starred international actors Jackie Chan and Jet Li. Nicky is also developing his acting career, and appeared in the movie “Mulan.”


Jae Chong (The Producer)

His musical career started in the 90's as producer of local underground LA rap groups – Baby G, The Funky Few, and Soul Selection. Following his success with the pop group sensation LA Boyz, Jae’s reputation extended towards Asia where he became the writer, producer and member of R&B group Solid, who sold more than 4 million records. Jae’s success led him to produce for international Asian superstars like Coco Lee, Kim Gun Mo, Shin Seung Hoon, Stanley Huang, and Nicky Lee. In addition, he produced the JYJ’s 1st album, raising his worldwide fame.
